About this service
The home support service has been in service since the end of summer 2018.
The objective of home support is to allow the TCC person living alone to live as long as possible at home and if necessary.
As part of this service, an educator from the Association goes to the home at times determined according to the needs of the TCC person. It promotes the maintenance of the latter's achievements by giving them as much autonomy as possible.
The educator becomes the reference person for the TCC member, his relatives and the other stakeholders who gravitate around the person.
Sometimes, the educator can have a role more focused on psychosocial support and promote the user's integration into his community in order to break his isolation, always with the aim of allowing him to stay at home as long as possible.
Who can use it?
Victims of traumatic brain injury and to the relatives of these victims.
