About this service
The CRC Painchaud has developed the Nouveau-Dpart program, which aims to allow inmates to initiate a process of awareness and to acquire tools to help them adapt to a detention context.
- Develop self-observation; here and now.
- Increase my self-knowledge (values, needs, automatism mechanisms) and become aware of my internal states: emotions, body sensations, thoughts).
- Become aware of how I interact with others and develop new communication and conflict resolution skills.
- Learn to relax in stressful times; mindfulness exercises (meditation, body scan, walking meditation, yoga).
