About this service
Variable-intensity support (SIV) aims to develop skills and abilities related to life in society so that the person who benefits from it achieves optimal functioning in their environment.
Supporting recovery, improving quality of life and providing better continuity of care and services to the person are the main objectives pursued by this intervention.
Meetings take place at home or in the individual's living environment in order to facilitate learning and the maintenance of acquired knowledge and to promote social integration of the person . An individualized intervention plan well established in consultation with the person is the pivotal tool of this service offer .
