About this service
Trampoline is a 24-week socio-professional integration program through which a participant will learn a semi-specialized trade at La Baratte, accompanied by a counsellor, with the aim of overcoming the obstacles encountered during the integration into the labor market.
The program is possible thanks to Emploi-Qubec, which makes it possible to remunerate the person at minimum wage during his training. The Center Louis-Jolliet offers close support for the skills acquired in the apprenticeship trade, and offers a certificate at the end of each student's course. Trampoline adjusts according to everyone's needs; welcoming 50% of newcomers, the program offers support for both socio-cultural integration and francization through private, paid courses given in the workplace.
