In a warm and non-judgmental welcome, RAFAL helps support the citizens of Lac-Saint-Charles and its surroundings. Depending on the food received from Moisson Qubec, food distribution baskets may contain non-perishable food, fruits and vegetables, bread, meat, dairy products, etc. Each participant can receive monthly food aid.
