Our family mediators ensure that each spouse freely and fully communicates their needs and expectations to the other. They facilitate communication between the parties by identifying their common interests and ensure a fair and equitable agreement centered on meeting the needs of the children.
At the end of the family mediation process, our family mediators can support the presentation of a request in court to obtain or modify a judgment, allowing you to bring legal force to the agreements concluded in mediation.
