About this service
We offer a medical accompaniment service to enable our most vulnerable members to better understand the medical information they receive in connection with treatment or in relation to their state of health. Supporting members in their care process has shown us better adherence to medication and a greater interest in general follow-ups. The fact of being accompanied by a worker also allows members to better understand their health (viral load and others), but also better self-esteem and less self-stigma.
