About this service
Community life is at the heart of MIELS-Qubec. Constantly adapting, we seek to meet the specific needs of members by offering a range of services. We offer a large number of support activities (individual or group), food projects, social and sports activities as well as training and information.
Community services aim, through their many actions, to break isolation , to equip members with regard to their overall health and to fight against the impoverishment of people living with HIV-AIDS. In addition, they promote member involvement ( by and for) and strive to create a place of belonging and recognition. Community services are more than 88 volunteers involved in different tasks and functions. Their presence greatly contributes to the health of the organization and to the well-being of all.
