Offered services
- We offer 5 home meetings per participant, lasting an average of 3 hours each.
- Support in learning basic recipes, adapted to the environment and the reality of the participant (food from food banks, vegetarian food, limited equipment, microwave, etc.)
- Accompaniment to the food bank or the grocery store
Procedure
The person wishing to obtain support communicates directly with the social worker to schedule a meeting. Following the needs assessment, a meeting is scheduled.
To know
- Be willing to be actively involved in all stages.
- Live in the central neighborhoods of Quebec City.
- Free service, the person must provide the food, the Center will supplement if necessary.
