Social Geriatrics
Social geriatrics aims to relieve the conditions attributed to old age by providing free local services, medical or otherwise, in order to restore and maintain the autonomy of elderly people whose state of health is in decline. The social geriatrics team is made up of 3 navigators and a clinical nurse.
Social Participation
Seniors can take advantage of a wide range of activities: walking in nature, discussion groups, Brain Gym, fitness, Qi gong, various outings (sugar shack, theater, concerts, historical sites or resorts), club to songs, etc. These activities are open to all seniors, regardless of where they live.
