This service is intended for the general population, it is not exclusive to the inhabitants of the region of Quebec (03).
Telephone counseling is available:
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Thursday from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and from 3:30 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
