About this service
The esteem group aims to consolidate self-esteem. It allows participants to target the different spheres of self-esteem as well as the issues surrounding it. Through the various discussions and activities, we promote self-knowledge and the enhancement of each person's personal characteristics.
This service is for people who have completed the 15-week cohort. Joining the esteem group is voluntary.
