About this service
At Bright Spot House, we understand that undertaking a process can sometimes be difficult since it requires effort at every step. The group process offers the accompaniment and support necessary to continue, and this, on the part of people who live the same reality, which is comforting and stimulating.
Designed in 3 blocks of workshops, this 15-week course aims to strengthen motivation, provide information on eating disorders as well as on the nutritional aspect and consolidate what has been learned.
