Your recovery through the reappropriation of your strengths and the optimal use of your resources.

Through the psychological education workshops, the Centre's qualified staff will accompany you to facilitate your recovery process. Psychological education workshops are at the heart of our approach. They are intended for anyone whose mental health is threatened, whether or not they benefit from the Centre's accommodation service.

The Mooring will provide you with constant support and valuable tools that will help you, little by little, to reduce your suffering and your feeling of incapacity while regaining your self-confidence.
