About this organization
Le BAIL is an association of tenants set up in 1970 by people wishing to improve their living environment. The group fights for the recognition and improvement of tenants' rights. The main objective is to have housing recognized as a fundamental right for all.
The main issues of struggle on which the BAIL is working are; rent control, quality of housing, protection of the right to remain in the premises, the fight against discrimination and accessibility to justice.
The BAIL promotes the autonomy of tenants with regard to the defense of their rights by various means; information service, thematic meetings, preparation of files with tenants, support in legal procedures, referrals, training, etc.
Improving your housing conditions also means improving your living conditions!
