About this organization

Le Piolet is a restaurant-school offering people between the ages of 16 and 35 the opportunity to train as a cook's assistant . The training lasts 6 months (980 hours at the rate of 35 hours per week) and is remunerated at the minimum wage in force. At the end of the completed training, a certificate of semi-skilled trade as assistant cook is awarded by the Ministry of Education of Quebec.
