About this service

The Language program facilitates the integration of newcomers into Canadian culture and society by providing basic language training based on Canadian Language Benchmarks (CLBs). Students are taught basic and advanced topics related to Canada and Canadian society, while learning English at the same time.

The Windsor Women Working With Immigrant Women offers Pre-CLB levels 1, 2 and 3 as well as CLB levels 1-4 in part-time classes to meet the needs of students. All classes have a duration time of 90 minutes and are offered as either Reading & Writing, or Listening & Speaking
