VON offers a wide range of customized quality health care services. The VON Nurse works together with clients, caregivers and Health care professionals to assess the individuals health care needs and collaboratively develop a personalized plan of care to meet their needs. Our outcome based philosophy helps our clients live life to the fullest. All our highly committed, caring, nurses employed by VON are registered professionals, knowledgeable and experienced in all aspects of community health care. Every visit will consist of ongoing assessment, support, encouragement and holistic care.
