About this service
The Community Support Services Program (CSS) provides information, advocacy and practical support that allow individuals to remain in their homes for as long as possible. The emphasis is on service for elders with health issues or isolated, people with a chronic disease and having difficulty in the management of the disease, or dealing with a terminal illness.
CSS services are coordinated with other community based programs and may include referrals to other agencies for Meals on Wheels, Adult Day Programs, Nursing, and Home care.
The following services help people continue to live a full and independent life in their home community:

- Friendly Visits
- Care Giver Support Services
- Community Support Services
Volunteers Always Needed
CSS services can always use volunteer drivers, especially drivers in some of the outlying areas. If you are interested in becoming a volunteer driver please contact us and start the application process.
