About this service
The Outside Looking In Future Leaders program is a high school enrichment program for Indigenous youth who want to build personal growth skills, develop and apply leaderships skills at school and/or in their communities, and consider next steps after graduation.
The program matches Indigenous youth from across Canada, who are in grade 10, 11 or 12, with compatible mentors. Together, the mentors and youth develop a supportive and motivational relationship to encourage youth to see beyond their borders and explore opportunities.
