About this service
Operating 24 hours per day/seven days per week, our C.A.L.L. service takes the guesswork out of accessing mental health services by providing immediate access to:
DMHS Crisis services, including immediate telephone support, a visit by our mobile crisis team, or a stay in our crisis beds.
Information and referral to any other DMHS service
Information about mental health and navigating the mental health system
Information and referral to other community organizations.
Please note: We make every effort to personally answer all calls immediately. However, due to the volume of excess calls there may be times when we cannot answer.
In case of emergency or imminent danger please call 911 or go to your nearest Emergency Department.
