About this service
Single Therapy Session Is a 60 to 90-minute session, where the Counsellor will focus on your current situation/concern. You will leave with strategies and a plan to help you and/or your child cope. This can be very helpful for some people in the immediate moment and may be all that you need. If it is determined that further services are required, the Counsellor may recommend an intake appointment be scheduled following this session.
Walk-In Counselling This 60-90-minute session is designed to provide you with strategies and a plan to help you and/or your child cope. If it is determined that further services are required, the Counsellor may recommend an intake appointment be scheduled following this session. This service is provided during the pandemic virtually.
