About this organization

CHADWIC Home Inc. is dedicated to the eradication of all forms of violence and abuse against women and children by providing shelter and supportive services to women, age 16 and over and their children.

  • provide a safe and secure refuge to women in crisis and their children which is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
  • recognize the strength of each woman and offer a supportive, non-judgmental service in order that a woman may make decisions for herself
  • recognize the specific and distinct needs of children from abusive environments, and offer programs and services designed to support these children
  • supportive counselling so that a woman may gain perspective on her situation and can consider alternatives and options
  • Outreach services for the communities within our catchment area
