About this service
Care Groups provide an opportunity to deepen and strengthen personal relationships and to care for one another and recognize milestones. Who we are Groups of 12 - 15 adults and/or families with children The groups meet at different frequencies depending on their preferences from once a month to 2 times a year What we do Groups meet in households to foster relationships with each other Support each other in significant life events including births, illnesses, accidents, unemployment, deaths, etc. Recognize or celebrate life milestones eg. anniversaries, birthdays, graduation, marriage, retirement, etc. Each group determines how these events or milestones are recognized Each group relates to one of the elders from Christian Community Ministry to obtain information, updates and to provide support Each group develops a communication plan
