About this service
Under the leadership of our ministers, we have a dedicated team of caring volunteers who provide caring and loving support by visiting folks in their homes and/or contacting them by phone or email. These visitors bring news of the church, news of the outside world and hopefully some comfort, happiness and joy. Usually the personal visits are done by 2 people but not always. There are no special skills required other than a willingness to listen, to laugh and to call on a semi-regular basis. Through our 22 Visitor program we continue to offer opportunities to connect with each other spiritually and socially.
