The Heart of Hastings Hospice is a residential care facility that can accommodate three residents simultaneously. This hospice provides a quiet, reflection-friendly, and private space not just for the terminally ill patients, but also for their friends and families. The hospice staff, along with trained volunteers, offer care and support while respecting the dignity of each resident. The facility is primarily designed for individuals and families who would prefer an alternative to a hospital or their private residences, especially in situations where care needs have progressed beyond the capacity of home managers. The facility is designed to primarily cater to individuals at the final stage of life-limiting illness, and services are offered free of cost.
