About this service
WIT provides short term intensive clinical case management services to the entire service delivery system when the system is experiencing difficulties finding, or providing, appropriate services for these children, youth and their families. WIT is based on developing a collaborative approach with service providers and families, that aims to provide a continuum of services and supports from various sectors such as Health, Education, Justice, Child Welfare and Childrens Mental Health.
