Weed Out the Risk An anti-crash course on Cannabis and Driving (WOTR), is an interactive, harm reduction based, educational program which informs youth and young adults about the risk associated with driving high or being a passenger in a vehicle with a driver who is under the influence of cannabis.
WOTRs weed education program, led by a trained facilitator, engages youth through interactive discussion, games, activities, and videos to dialogue openly with youth about how cannabis impairment affects ones ability to safely operate a motor vehicle. It reviews the potential financial, legal, and social risks to be considered when faced with the choice to drive high or ride in a car with a cannabis-impaired driver.
