Our goal is to offer high-quality, confidential mental health services in a non-judgmental and welcoming environment. Mental Health Counsellors are respectful and sensitive to your issues. Information about your health, including private discussions with your healthcare provider is kept in the strictest confidence. Services are free-of-charge for individuals who cannot afford to obtain mental health counselling services elsewhere. Groups and workshops are free, unless otherwise stated. Our mental health services/teams include:
