About this service
Community health workers provide information, referrals, supportive counselling, case management and advocacy (both individual and systemic). The RPCHC offers walk-in and outreach services to newcomers, families and homeless clients to provide access to the supports they need. In partnership with local agencies and community groups, we are able to provide health education, support groups, street based outreach, interpretation & translation and harm reduction programming.
