About this service
Developmental pediatricians provide assessment, diagnosis and recommendations for children with developmental concerns. Follow up includes transition and coping with child's diagnosis. For children up to six years of age.
A referral by a family physician is required. For a copy of the referral form, call: 416-362-0805 ex 228.
If you have concerns about your child's development and would like to speak to someone, call: 416-362-0805 ex 226.
Services also include:
- Childcare and interpreters provided during the assessment; and
- Referrals to internal resources such as a social worker, external to local neighbourhood services,
- Short-term case management to ensure that follow up support is available.
