Our Specialized Community Services (SCS) team provides long-term care for adults or children with specialized needs in a home-like setting, including home-cooked meals, clinical support and assistance with daily activities. We offer client-centric care, with individualized programming that addresses the needs and unique support the individual requires to meet their goals and enhance their community living experience. How can Residential Care help my loved one? We recognize the needs of each individual are distinct and may change over time. Located in residential neighborhoods throughout Canada, our homes offer a full-continuum of 24/7 care that can be adjusted and customized to meet the needs, both medical and/or behavioural of all individuals who reside in them. In addition, we can provide respite support for families. We support individuals with a wide range of needs, including: Developmental and/or physical disabilities Acquired or traumatic brain injury Autism Behavioural challenges Multiple diagnoses including cognitive deficits and mental health challenges Complex care needs
