About this service
Relocating to Canada is exciting, but is not without challenges. Whether you need to learn English to get a job, apply to post-secondary education, or simply for everyday conversations, our language classes are specifically designed to meet your individual needs. We offer a range of language programs, including Language Instruction for Newcomers to Canada (LINC) and English language clubs designed around a particular field, interest or age group.
Eligible Participants
Permanent residents of Canada who are not Canadian citizens
Convention refugees
Persons in Canada applying to become a permanent resident, and who have been informed by a letter from Citizenship and Immigration Canada about the initial approval of application, subject to completion of background check
