About this service
These meetings are a time to connect with others for support, encouragement, and hope.
We'll learn from each other's experiences in conversations. We'll talk about relaxation, managing emotions, self-compassion, and self-acceptance. We'll look at positive steps that you could try to have a better life.
There will be a different topic each week. Input on future topics is more than welcome.
