About this service

New Circles offers programs and services to meet the needs of low income families in the five communities we serve: Thorncliffe Park, Flemingdon Park, Victoria Village, Taylor-Massey, and Oakridge. We serve others in need outside of our catchment area based on referrals from partner agencies, such as settlement organizations, food banks, shelters and other service providers.

We meet basic needs for clothing, promote social inclusion, build skills and enhance employability. Our free services include:

GLOW (Gently Loved Outfits to Wear)

GLOW provides high quality, gently worn and new clothing to families in our catchment area for a period of time up to 4 years.
