About this service

It Starts Here is a free 1.5 hour long presentation available to parents, schools and communities across the GTA. Parents that attend will be provided with information on mood disorders in youth and information about how to help their kids if they are struggling. In addition, the audience will have the opportunity to hear a personal story of a parent who has raised a teen with a mood disorder and/or experienced a mood disorder themselves.
