About this service
On July 1st Lumacares transportation services underwent a transformation. We have joined a collaborative, led by Circle of Care (in the south) and CHATS (in the north), called iRidePlus.
iRidePlus provides an easy and affordable way to get around the neighbourhood and across the city. We are committed to meeting the diverse needs of our clients safely and in comfort.
PROGRAM HIGHLIGHTS
Transportation to medical appointments
Transportation to and from Lumacare programs
Social gatherings
Grocery shopping, or even to the mall or the movie theatre
Reservations can be made up to 24 hours in advance and will be based on availability at the time of the call. Last minute inquiries are welcome but not guaranteed.
If you need to cancel your appointment, please call 24 hours in advance. Last minute cancellations will result in a cancellation charge.
