The LIFE program is delivered over 10 weeks, through virtual and in-person sessions from Monday to Friday for one to two hours each day. The program offers youth living with disabilities a means to learn the necessary skills for independent living, in an inclusive environment that is supportive of their goals. A trained program instructor leads the program, adapting the lessons and activities to the group's needs.
