Unison Health and Community Services provides free counselling and support for lesbian, gay, bisexual, trans, two-spirited, intersex, queer, or questioning individuals. It offers a safe space for discussing personal goals and enhancing well-being. Services include one-on-one conversation, couples counselling, health and diet education, substance use safety planning, grief and loss tools, and community resources or referrals.
