About this service
Labour of Love is a Canadian Prenatal Nutrition Program (CPNP) offering services in nutrition, prenatal and postnatal care, and breastfeeding. Facilitated by a Registered Dietitian, Registered Nurse, and Community Parent, with guest speakers like social workers and midwives, the program provides opportunities to meet other expecting women, learn about pregnancy and healthy eating, and receive healthy food support. It is available on Tuesdays from 1:30 pm to 3:00 pm at the Lawrence Heights site in partnership with Sick Kids Centre for Community Mental Health. To register, call 416-924-1164 ext 2229.
