About this service
The care and services we provide are developed for the holistic well-being of our residents. We treat our residents with dignity and respect in a home-like, warm and welcoming environment. Hellenic Home is a family-friendly facility where family involvement is encouraged in the care of loved ones by collaborating with the dedicated and qualified staff.
Our Long Term Care facilities consist of the following departments: Nursing, Activation, Chapel Services, Physiotherapy and Restorative Services, Social Work, Dietary Services, Volunteer Services and Environmental Services. In addition to these departments, the Home has partnerships with: The Medical Director and Attending Physicians, Psychogeriatric Outreach Program, Toronto Western Hospital Nurse Lead Outreach Team, Behaviour Support Unit with Baycrest Hospital, Registered Nurses Association of Ontario, Public Health, Pharmacy and IT Providers.
