About this service
We have partnered with Second Harvest and Food Rescue to provide Couriers with various lunch and snack items throughout the week.
Food Rescue is the creation of Second Harvest, Canadas largest food rescue organization.
Rescuing surplus food for 34 years, Second Harvest has matched food donations from generous businesses, who understand the importance of recovering healthy, nutritious food and diverting it to those in need.
Second Harvest takes a local approach, giving food donors a simple and fast system to connect directly with social service programs like our Food Program at Good Foot.
Through Food Rescue, Starbucks donates wraps, salads and pastries on a daily basis, as well as a weekly selection of perishable and non-perishable items that participants can take home.
