About this service
Social workers provide counseling, case management and advocacy to clients in our catchment area. Our social workers are concerned with helping individuals, families, groups and communities to enhance their individual and collective well-being. We aim to support people with a range of concerns including housing, income support, immigration, refugee claims, family and relationship difficulties, feelings of depression and anxiety, coping with illness, trauma, abuse and life transitions.
We listen to our clients, help them discover their own strengths and work with them to find suitable solutions or ways to cope with their problems. We can also connect clients with other services and supports available in the community. We can provide translation services for social work clients with advance notice.
Who can use it?
Residents from Lawrence to Steeles Avenues, and Victoria Park to Bayview Avenues.

Fairview - Social Services is open M/T/Th/F: 9am-5pm W: 9am-7pm 2nd; Sa each month: 9am-2pm.
