About this service
All passengers must register with ESS prior to making a ride request. Please call 416-243-0127 ext. 555 to register and/or book your ride.
If you have to cancel your ride request, we require at least 24 hours notice. If you are unable to give us 24 hours notice, you will be billed for what would have been the one-way charge to your appointment.
We offer transportation to medical appointments, day programs, group shopping trips and social trips to residents of Etobicoke. Medical appointments and ESS day programs are given priority status.
