The Diabetes Education Program at Unison Health & Community Services offers free individual counselling and group education for people with Type 2 diabetes and pre-diabetes. The program features a team of Diabetes Educators, including Registered Nurses and Dietitians, who assist clients in managing or preventing diabetes.
