About this service
St. Francis Table of Parkdale
St. Francis Table currently serves nine meals per week. Each meal is nutritious and balanced. We endeavour to offer a choice of two entrees for all our evening meals as well as for many of our lunch meals
.St. Clare Centre
St. Clare Centre was initially opened in 1991 and was known then as St. Marguerite Centre, with a ministry to the local women who worked the street.
Since then it has been renamed the St. Clare Centre after St. Clare of Assisi, a spiritual companion of St. Francis of Assisi. Today the centre, which has adopted a drop-in format, is becoming the centre of many activities and programs.
It sees use as:
A coffee lounge
Complementing our scheduled meals
An A.A. meeting place
