About this service
The Community Violence, Wellbeing & Recovery Project (CVWRP) is a collaborative initiative between Unison Health & Community Services and Toronto's Community Safety and Wellbeing Unit. It aims to support Toronto residents affected by community violence by providing trauma-informed mental health support and facilitating their transition to long-term care. The services include one-on-one trauma-informed counseling and case management for individuals aged 13 and older who have either witnessed or been affected by community violence.
