About this service
We believe that young adults can create a bright future for themselves.
This is why we offer programs to help youth (14-29 years of age) in their transition to adulthood. We offer many different services including primary care, health education, mental wellness and social skills support. You dont need to make an appointment.
Note: Due to COVID-19, our Youth Clinic is open by appointments-only.
Phone and video appointments are available, and in-person appointments are booked as necessary.
