About this service
Choices for Living Program
Women who are living with anxiety, depression, and are struggling to cope have unique needs.
In partnership with YWCA, Choices for Living is a safe space for women. Here, you can talk openly about your feelings, meet other women going through a similar experience, and support one another. The program runs from September to June and is designed for women 50 years of age and under.
