How to Apply Program Eligibility To qualifty for the Program, the Applicant must have an ongoing physical disability that requires the use of an assistive device. The applicant must also be: In financial need (refer to the income chart) 19 years of age or older A permanent resident of Ontario Applicants under the age of 19 should apply for Assistive Devices funding from Easter Seals Ontario. Income Eligibility Chart To qualify for funding, program Applicants must be in financial need. The after-tax household income of both the Applicant and his/her spouse/life partner are considered. Maximum allowable income may change based on family size.
